Meh, a sword, no stats other than a proc function exclusively against casters doesn't sound like Phat loot to me. Normally, if you are close enough to a caster to make this thing proc at a 5% rate, as I type this it even sounds worse, on a caster who is dumb enough to stand in one spot long enough for this P.O.S. to proc will be dead anyway. Lets change the title to >>> > "Crap Loot Friday".
