The long wait for a Green Proto-drake

I fell in love with the Proto-Drake mounts the first time I saw sneak peeks of them. I knew the Green one was a sensible goal for me, since I never have any luck with rare spawns, so the TIme-Lost was out for me. I'm a casual raider so the achievement ones were also out.

As soon as I was high enough level I ground up the reputation with Oracles, then proceeded to buy a Mysterious Egg every week. I got all the mini-pets, and quite a few Ages Yolks. I wish I'd kept better track of how many I bought, but I'm pretty sure it was just over 12 or 14, so roughly 4 months.

Then I got my Green Proto-Drake and have loved it every moment since. :) Definitely worth the wait!
