I couldn't get either of yours to work either. This comment system is so full of fail. Only suggestion I have is to try with a different email address, but I know that's not an idea solution.

Thanks for the response and reassurance that we actually were doing it right Mike, but its okay I'll just live with my already full-of-win ogre for now :P

Mike, I have tried it from three different email addresses. They all produce the same results.the issue is on your end.As you actually work for WoW.com, don't you think YOU should be the one finding solutions?

something else i noticed is that my username is always greyed out to me, while others have a pale blue username. could that have something to do with it? no offense to the ogre--he's cute and all--but i'd like to try something a bit more colorful and also, representative of my toon in wow.
