First download the 188.8.131.5274-PTR-US-Installer-downloader.exe file from the PTR Download page. Then go to the Folder to which you installed it to (184.108.40.20674 US PTR Installer folder), and click the Blizzard Updater.exe file. After that finishes, use the Launcher to update the Launcher to the current form. After this is finished, go directly to the WoW PTR Folder and open wow.exe directly, which skips using the Launcher for now.Log in, and you should get a patch update requirement and an option to Restart the game. Once you do so, you'll have downloaded the 0.2.0 file. (PTR designation for 3.2)After it opens you'll start downloading a 1.15GB Patch file and be on your way to playing the PTR!
