Since I've started, I've had a spotty playing time. I've left quite a few times and returned. I'm probably going to leave again sometime soon but I'm hoping its for good this time.

While I agree that Blizzard is great at having people return to their game, I don't completely give all the credit to them. I found myself returning mostly for the community that the game provides. The quests, places, and other things are extra but I enjoy the people who I meet and get to play with more. I think that's their greatest achievement.
