Reminder: IcftB Midsummer Fire event today

- When: Saturday, June 27th, 5PM Eastern (2PM Pacific, 3PM Server time)
- Where: The Midsummer Fire Festival site in the Court of the Sun, Silvermoon City on Zangarmarsh, U.S.
- Who: Any Horde character who is not in the service of the Lich King. (Death Knights are recommended as long as they have finished their initial quests and have been accepted by Thrall.)
- How: Just send a tell to Robinella or any It Came from the Blog member to get an invite to the raid and the guild.
We hope to see you there!

I will be getting off work at the same time as the event is starting, so it will likely be 5:30ish by the time I get on. My little DK Wein is in the guild and parked by the fire in Silvermoon, though, ready to go! =D

At Earthen Ring one such blog inspired guild Alea ie. ecta some French name has blown up to a near mindless number of 800 or so players, (and thousands more on other servers) it's one of the most universally hated guilds on both sides of the server. (they're Horde and not even Horde like them much)
Do us a favor when you create guilds like this.... disband them once the event you created them for is over.

as there is no Zangarmarsh EU equivalent, we've set on up on Dragonblight (Alliance, just to be different) I suppose I have to say its in no way officially affiliated with the US one, as its just fan based at the mo, and we're ultra ultra casual!

My main finished all the midsummer's achievements four days in. So i won't be joining this glorious event.

The event was a blast, starting a new DK is always fun on its own, and it was great to "in-game meet" some other wow.com readers, as well as a couple of the writers. Before the next event, I'm thinking of using that toon to play around with DK frost tanking as well. Cheers!
