On a side note, the reason the Dragonfin Angelfish is the other most profitable fish, is likely due to it being the single best tanking survivability food. The average WoW culture tends to expect tanks to min-max to a greater level than other classes, thus pushing the cost of tanking food to a higher price than DPS/Healer food.
