Seriously. Ensidia isn't making any claims of any sort. They said they were curious and did some investigating when they got to Yogg again for this raid lockout period and discovered an exploit, which they promptly reported to the devs.
They're not accusing anyone of anything. This is merely entertaining the possibility due to numerous disparate facts surrounding the kill.
Besides, all Exodus has to do is put out the kill video to clear their name. How hard is that?
