The Mind Amplification Dish would be great for my druids tank set, it beats Arcanum of the Stalwart Protector by 8 stam. Though there is the loss of 20 defense, defense is a sub optimal stat for bear druids. Id also hope the MC effect would be usable on 25 man Instructor Razuvious.

^This. It seemed to me that with a passive Stam bonus that beats the Stalwart Protector that this is custom made for tanks to allow us to do the MC in the Razuvious fight the same as if it were being done in 10 man. I can switch my gear around to compensate for the loss of the Def Rating and I already keep a second helm (with a different meta gem) to go with various gear set ups. An interesting note on this, to say the least.

With a 10-minute cooldown, though, it'd be pretty tough to finish the entire fight with a single Engineer. Perhaps 3-4 Engineers working together?

MC dish? .> ... so are Priests getting any Engineering devices as spells?

Yes, Eisengel, priest will get something from engineering. All your spells will now have a chance to backfire and kill your character.
