A couple of Eng-related observations from the PTR:

The Goblin Arc Welder, once created, has 30 charges and a 3-minute cooldown. It's very handy in SoTA and the Isle of Conquest - you can extend the life of a SoTA demolisher long enough to make a game-changing difference. Utterly useless in Wintergrasp, however.

Cobalt Frag Mines are now hugely useful in PvP, especially since I play a Hunter - I can incapacitate a Ret or Rogue while I get range again. I haven't had the chance to try them in Arenas; if they work there, they'll be very nice.

Riding inside a WG Siege Engine? (Not controlling it nor cannon)

While controlling a vehicle?

Can it be used on the drakes in Malygos P3 or Ley-Guardian Eregos?

How about the FL vehicles?

How would you be able to weld a drake? Would this not irritate the drake, rather than heal it?
