"RP Made Simple takes a deep look at an up and coming RP mod.."
Up and coming? I've used GHI (Gryphonheart Items) before 3.0.2 hit the servers!

"Up and coming" is not the same thing as "upcoming".
Phrase "up and coming" defined: emerging; aspiring; improving; beginning to attract attention or critical acclaim
...and knowing is half the battle. :-)

Second that. I've used it on Wyrmrest Accord since the server went live (back in January). While it's not too common, there are a few guilds (like mine) who require GHI and its counterpart, Gryphonheart Reputations. Both are really cool, but many people (myself included) have had endless fun making items, whether for RP purposes or not.
"[Porcelain God Fruitcake] anyone?"

Yes, Keyra, but it has gotten quite a lot of users in certain communities by now, so it's not the "new" thing anymore.

I don't even rp, but that looks like a blast to have. I might have to get this mod...

Rogue theorycrafters have known for a long time that Killing Spree is a very good PvE talent, and with the Glyph, even better.
The article also fails to mention that you can use Killing Spree to avoid many fears, stuns and other abilities that make you lose control of your character. E.G. Right before Auriaya casts her Terrifying Screech, activate Killing Spree. You will be untargetable for the duration, and you will ignore the fear, putting you in the perfect position to interrupt her follow-up Sentinel Blast.

I believe you mean Binkenstein, not Binklestein.
Binkenstein Jun 30th 2009 4:36PM
It's certainly a new variation of mis-spelling my name.
Alex Ziebart Jun 30th 2009 4:48PM
That's what you get for having a name so close to Finklestein. :|
Sorry, I've fixed it!

Absolutely spec for KS, and get the glyph too. It's even better when combined with blade flurry, and better yet when you and the other rogue in the raid are tricking each other.
@ Douglas: You can KS out of Malygos' Vortex too.

It's a good thing I noticed some changes in the post about GHI, otherwise I wouldn't have realised he'd updated it. Seems Pilus isn't keeping his website up to date, just whichever addon websites he uses. And it's definitely not up and coming, as he made it almost a year ago (closed beta beginning in July 2008).
Malfural Jul 1st 2009 1:41PM
Although I should note he does have the latest version on his own website, just hasn't mentioned the update on the front page.
Dreadskull Jun 30th 2009 4:49PM
Wow, GHI sounds awesome.

Thanks to Fethas from Earthen Ring for submitting the raw article to me. The credit for the article goes to her, I only edited, polished and added a couple additional images.
I hope the article helps folks and adds to the fun of Warcraft, whether you RP or not.
God bless, all.
