In my 10 man raid, when we start our DK tank takes the big guy, our warrior tank takes the medium guy, and we just ignore the small guy. When the big guy dies, the DK takes the medium guy, and the warrior takes the small guy.

Stormcaller's chain lightning is easily healer through, and it lets us keep all our healers with the main group, which is nice.
