If you honestly buy your gear with badges you grinded for week or even months you shouldnt be "clueless" of your class etc unless you cant learn anything and you have memory of goldfish. So therefore imo the "oh noes bad players get gear by doing heroics" is invalid. 5man or 25man, in the end you still learn tips and tricks by actually playing.
