"Why can't we bandage while bleeding?"
Each time you suffer damage from a bleed effect it will interrupt your bandaging. Bleed effects are DoTs, and DoTs only allow you to get one tick of the bandage process off. That's the technical explanation.
Now on the other hand, you'd expect from a lore / logical standpoint you'd be able to apply bandages while you're bleeding. Just like you do in real life. Unfortunately WoW != real life, so we're at the mercy of the game's mechanics.

Yes, but as Osirus noted: "[But] not quite as they can proc at the same time. I think with both you get 7.6% chance due to chance of dual procs." Reports vary between a 7.2% and a 7.6% proc rate.

"Any more scuttlebutt on faction changes? Any possibility that it will be restricted in such a way as to only allow those changes that would help balance the server's horde:alliance ratio?"
I imagine there'd be some restrictions in place for extreme circumstances, just like there are now for server transfers. I doubt there'll be a rule however that says "One Horde->Alliance for every Alliance->Horde."
We're expecting to see more news about this soon. And as we talked about on the podcast this last weekend, we're expecting this feature to come out sometime around BlizzCon, just because of the sheer amount of press it'll get. Note that we don't have any inside info here, it just makes sense.

When a Druid is Shapeshifted it protects them from being Polymorphed. Can't remember if it protects against Hex as well but you can definitely just Shapeshift out of it instead of waiting out the Hex. It's a class mechanice.
However, Druids in beast forms can be affected by beast talents so I've heard, such as Hibernate and Scare Beast. I'm not Feral though so I'm not 100% positive on those.
Oh right, and since when a Druid is Shapeshifted into Tree form it's technically an elemental, about the only way to CC it is to have a Warlock Banish it.

Druids can control their shape, essentially "self-polymorph", with that presumably comes the ability to either stop or simply shapeshift out of any attempt to force an unwanted shape upon them.
Trying to impose a shape on someone who can change their shape at will is, unsurprisingly, an exercise in futility.
And, yes, druids in kitty/bear are susceptible to scare beast, hibernate, et al, and tree druids can be banished -- or, at least, ones silly enough to stay in tree form when there's a warlock around can be.

I am relatively new to WoW (about 8 months now) and always run into people who talk about how WoW used to be. Is there a place to go where you can see old versions of talent calculators and how old classes used to play?

The new Paladin mount, does it have the same summoning animation as the charger, or the warming the hands animation as most the other mounts?

With regards to the 3.2 Northrend Children's Week:
1. Will you be able to use these orphans to get School of Hard Knocks?
2. Will the remainder of the Children's Week achievements be available?
I received the Matron title on my main, but I would love to be able to help some of my guildies get completion.

Given Tom Chilton's comments about designer effort required for new races, what are the MOST LIKELY possibilities for new races given existing models and animations already available in game for races that are currently unplayable?

Horde-friendly murlocs? Naga? Maybe a group of the dark iron dwarves will splinter off and join one faction or the other? Non-neutral goblins? How about ogres? (remember, Gobs and Ogres both worked with the Horde in WC2). There are a lot of possibilities based on available in-game models, but I'm not really up on the lore so I can't comment from that standpoint.

Hey, i wanted to know if there is any word on Ashbringer? I was hoping for us to be able to get that bad boy in this expansion but idk........If i remember correctly there a Dev who said that patch 3.2 would be the patch we would see more of this sword.

Ashbringer will never be obtainable now that Tirion wields it.
