I really thing this should be addressed. One of my best friends is colorblind (he sees blue as gray), and one of his big turn offs with WoW is the he couldn't tell the rarity of some items. He had no idea when he had a quest item or an epic. I was ecstatic when I heard about the colorblind mode.

I do think that there should be more options as to fiddling with the UI as far as font. Even on a big monitor I have to strain to see some of the text from time to time.
