Too many better glyphs and 20 seconds skimmed off doesn't really do much in a fight. You used general vezax as an example. That's a bad one because he's going to be casting constantly so you either have two interupts or you fail because there's no way a 20 seconds skim is going to be enough for a constant single interuptor to make a difference and if you're in a tight spot you can already use strangulate.

I'm sorry but I feel that if you use glyph of strangulate you're just plain stupid.
