I heartily agree with this. I transferred over a few premades to the PTR and it just felt weird. I hadn’t spent 60 levels learning how to play a mage or priest from the ground up and even though I eventually kind of figured it out, I still didn’t feel as comfortable with them as I did with my shaman and druid. 1-60 are almost like the tutorial training ground for this game where you watch your character come together one piece at a time. With the game getting longer, I feel it’s very essential for them quicken the leveling process to make the game a more cohesive experience for newcomers. However you still need that leveling process in place or else people miss out an a core part of what their characters are.
