I believe that leveling is important and that this learning curve is one of the great things about WoW. When I first started playing I looked at all the buttons on my friends action bars and was impressed that he could name them all. After leveling I found I could do the same thing and I knew what each moves does and when to use it. I recently made a shaman on the PTR, a class I never leveled nor played, and found I had no idea what spells are good when to use them or which talents to pick. Now I am leveling a shaman and I know which moves I use and I can correspond my talents to that. All thanks to leveling.
