What is it with people and wanting to be neutral? You want to be able to city-hop between factions? Get your hair did in IF and use the AH in Org? What if that wasn't possible? What if you couldn't use the cities period? What if you couldn't do quests tailored for either of the factions -- what would that leave you with? Get over the neutral idea. It ain't gonna happen.
