I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand, it will help us seeing "end" bosses earlier. On the other hand, farming earlier bosses helps everyone get better gear, which helps for the end bosses. The risk is that lock-out extension will make it harder for new/under-geared players to get stuff from the earlier bosses, or even worse, a few privileged players getting all the gear from "early" bosses, and then pushing for lockout extension even though most of their guild-mates still need gear from early bosses.. I can foresee either elite guilds or badly run guilds rushing to the end bosses by extended the lock-outs even though many members still need stuff from the earlier bosses.Typically, once you've downed a boss 3-4 times, everyone has the tech down pat. We currently down 5-6 "early" ulduar bosses the first 2 nights, in 4 hours, so re-doing them every week does not take much from time from trys on the "end" bosses. On the other hand, if people choose to see more bosses, even if it means they get less gear, and have a lower chance to actually down them, it's their choice, I guess, as long as everybody agrees.

Are not a lot of these objections based around the assumption that under-geared groups are always going to take the extension to repeatedly grind against harder content? And isn't that something of a self-correcting problem if it is?
