We were in 10-man, not 25. I agree, with 25 man, there would have been a lot more wiggle room. But many of us, as I said, were on our first run through the Plague wing, and had never seen Heigan or done the dance before. He did not come back until after we had just finished for the night, and did not apologize to anyone for what happened - he just logged back off. And this person has been pulling a lot of other crap and basically has for all intents and purposes left our guild to raid with another one and stays with us in name only. He ran stuff (heroics) with us to gear up, then started running off to raid with other people and was conveniently absent to help *us* gear up so we could go raid as well. We just pulled in a few new people recently who are experienced at running Naxx. We're a small guild, and having enough people on at the right time of night to actually run 10-mans is a stretch (after 10:30 central usually).Gkick was my gut reaction because it was the second time this had happened within a 3 day period - preceded by several days where he had agreed to run things with us and when we logged on for them he was in Naxx 25 or Ulduar 10 and didn't say a word to us. We've come to a divergence I think in terms of what we are capable of running both gear-wise and time-wise, which is why I think a gkick would probably have been an amicable split anyway - though I didn't do it. He *wants* to leave, but he doesn't know how to do it without hard feelings, because the core group of the guild have been friends for a long time. It's sort of like a relationship going bad - one side is going to have to make a move eventually. He should be with a guild that fits his playstyle at the moment, and I won't hold that against him. Clearly, we are *not* that at, and it helps no one when he backs out of helping with things he agreed to or falls asleep when he does run with us. He should run with another guild and step in to help us when/if he feels he can.But at the very least, despite his good DPS, we won't be inviting him back to any raids for a while, unless we *know* he's fully rested (or someone gets an air horn to play over Vent). Sleeping DPS = no DPS. It's as bad as or worse than someone who can't remember to get out of the fire/blizzard/purple stuff/black clouds. I'm not trying to force him to come with us. But he was eager to come along and asked to be invited. He wanted to be lootmaster - thank god we decided against that.
