We only just posted about the
DC Unlimited Premium series 2 figures, and here comes another set that's getting announced way earlier than it's getting released. The series 6 set isn't actually
due out until March of next year (seriously, what's with all of the early announce dates on these things?), but it does have some of the most-wanted lore figures in the game depicted in action figure form. Magni Bronzebeard,
Sylvanas Windrunner, and goblin tinker
Gibzz Sparklighter are all making appearances, as you can see
over on DC's page.
I think they look pretty darn good, though I'm still not sold on actually buying one. We'll likely see them on the floor at BlizzCon, so if you want to get a closer look, be sure to poke around the DC booth there. And even if you're not going, we'll be sure to take pics for you.

She was a blood elf to begin with and while I can accept a bit of paleness from, you know, dying, a pure blue is a bit too much.

Agreed. Troll or whatever - she looks disappointing.
I own multiple 'action figures' - of whom Broll Bearmantle and Sister Benedron are my favorites. A proper designed Sylvanas would have been a truely welcome addition, but if the final model is going to be thát blue than Blizzard/DC can count me out.

WTF - they are not only using the old night elf model for slyvanas, but making her blue ffs?
Very disappointing, won't be buying and I wouldve done if they'd used the new model.

The giveaway is the ears. Night elves pointed up, high elves/blood elves pointed back.
The ambiguity of the pointing of the ears and the very, very blue skin does not make her look high-elfen.

For ppl thinking this is the blood elf model....I doubt it personally.....it may be using the new armor, but look at the ears and tattoos....both blood elves and night elves have ears that go back (check yourself in game), blood elf ones are slightly more pointed up than nelfs...the main difference, at least in the pic is the size, and that they are more back than blood elves, shouts nelf to me.
As for the blue color, somone posted a pic of her being blue, stating lighting but that shot is in a blue lighting area. Her color is more gothic pale off white/blue....not bright troll blue.
Seems such a shame that they did the armor so well but not the actual model....I think they've probably copied it from bad lighted/angled screenshot(s) and not the actual model files from the game.

I think both look pretty fucking cool
Some of you forget that LIGHTING does a huge deal in changing the way we see objects.
Magni Bronzebeard looks fucking awesome and should look like that ingame too

I can't wait for Blizzard to get around to giving Lor'themar Theron, and Halduron Brightwing, a complete overhaul.
I mean come on Blizz they look like player characters. :-/

I'm pretty sure that the contract with DC extends back to before Sylvanas received her new model. That might explain why the figure looks like it is somewhere halfway between the old and the new. Disappointing. =/

Check the armor out and tell me if it's the same. Old sylvannas model WASNT BLUE she was deadish PINK with BLACK armor and hoods.
This one is blue/pale skinned with purple armor, cloak, skulls.
-_- people with no attention to detail shouldn't judge this kind of thing.

I dunno why but I really like her.
Though it is really weird that she's blue and not the green/grey that her character model is.
Oh well I really like the pose and the detailing work on the armor.

Where are some of ya'll getting that they used the old model for Sylvanas? Her old one wore robes and was grey skinned, the new one wears the bikini leather and with grey-greenish-blue skin. They're definitely using the new one, even if the skin coloration is a bit off from what we see in-game.
