I don't think that Integrity's complain is based upon this Lynce guy getting the gear. Instead, it looks to me like they were angry about Vampiress whispering them.

The main component that's missing are comments from the tank — who apparently was from another guild — as well as that tank's name. Whoever that was doesn't seem to be complaining, and I'm guessing that the G(ame)M(aster) spoke with that person before redistributing the loot. No complaint from tank=No issue. Personally, I don't think the situation makes Integrity or TC look like a guild I'd be interested in. I can understand why the WoW forum thread was deleted.

Lesson: Avoid Pug'ing or, if you must, PuG more recent instances with people you know and have grown to respect after taking them along through older instances. You'd think most people would already know that.
