Hey, comic-con or not (never been to one so I dunno why this is related to just that and not the online forums which usually are filled with such discussion) if the director/writer(s) aren't VERY strict on details from the warcraft lore, each mistake will be spotted almost immediately.
For example, Dragonball: Evolution, Fox butchered that movies story so much that if you removed the names of the characters, it could have been an entirely different franchise/comic/show.
Almost every aspect of the series they got wrong ((no Krillen?? Piccolo has no antennae, isn't green, and looks like a demon/vampire?? Goku in HIGH SCHOOL!?!?)) and because of it it was a major flop, and pulled from theaters across the country after not even 2 weeks of showing, also they haven't even advertised the DVD release on TV yet, that I've seen listed in the local movie rental place as being there next Tuesday.
I know most movie producers go for the whole type of audience, but skimping on the whole plot and details you lose the 60 some percent of potential viewers, us.
