Well you got two out of three right (Thrall and Sylvannas) but the last is Carn as the coins seem to be related to "ranking" leaders in order of highest to lowest.

What I find odd is that the Horde apparently puts the leaders of attempted coups on their coins; aren't traitors usually vilified, rather than celebrated? Maybe Thrall's thinking to get Sylvanas invested in the Horde so she'll stop all the "Kill all the living" talk and maybe not dump biological weapons onto his armies anymore.
