For Worgen as a natural hunters I would say something like bonus for unarmed/fist weapons, regeneration ability (but we already have trolls) or build-in beast tracking.
As an "on use" ability something similar to druid's feral charge (especially cat version) : leap with a short duration stun/daze or an "infectious bite" that would reduce target's stats while possibly buffing player.
Since goblins are natural born traders as a passive ability I would give them 10% discount for all repair bills and 10% more money gained while selling items to vendors. Also goblins are well-known chefs so maybe bonus to cooking (how many cooking quest we have from goblins?) like longer and better well fed bonus, engineering (like gnomes) or maybe woodworking (if it will be available as new profession).
Goblins are of course masters of explosives so some kind of sapper charge available every 3 minutes would work great
