Is Being an Isolationist nation something to be cursed for? Heh; looks like you better give the heads up to Pandaria.
I still see no Cowardice either way that you mentioned; Genn sent an token troop Force to fight in the second force that was Equal in size to that of Alterac's. And how would the Gilneans even know about what was happening in the Third War? Lordaeron didn't even know until it was too late. Not to mention the fact that Stromgarde, Stormwind, and Kul Tiras didnt send any aid as far as we know.
The 'Gilneas Brigade' in WC3 Is normally regarded as a group of Dissidents who were convinced to flee to Kalimdor with Jania.
Being an Isolationist nation is hardly something to be cursed for?
"But something happened to the Gilneans that they were not strong enough to stop. "
Once again; no lore points to this at all, the closest thing that does is Brann hearing whispers of a Naga Invasion striking Gilneas. No mention of Worgen at all.
I Play one of my characters as one of the Survivors of the Gilneas Brigade and i do encourage More Gilnean RP'ers. Or Kul Tirians, Stromgardians, Alteracians, I get so sick of Boring Stormwind/Lordaeron backstories :P.
