Hardly; Only once has Blizz talked about Gilneas in recent times; And all Metzen said was that they had some interesting plans for Gilneas at this point in time. Thats it.
How can that -MUST- mean that worgen will be a new playable race in Gilneas? Lorewise there is no evidence and interesting plans could mean any number of things.
