The market will hardly be flooded- they're still just as rare as before, only difference is people will be able to trade them amongst themselves. It's not like they're introducing more Spectral Tigers into the market than usual; but the ones that are already circulating will change hands.All in all I see this is a good change for lucky people. ;)

But they're not unique, therefore the card owners can buy several dozen and sell a lot of them
