This is pretty bland / sloppy as far as custom MLP go. I'm a little surprised to see this here at all, to be honest. I appreciate the effort, but It looks as though she started out making a draenei, decided the sculpted bits (usually done in apoxy or super sculpey) would be a bit too challenging and didn't take it far enough.

The original symbols haven't even been completely taken off! Bathe that little bugger in nailpolish remover for a day or two to get rid of that unwanted paint! Use a better quality brush in the future, and be prepared to refine your strokes to they don't look all streaky and rough. :/
