Last time I checked:
Sunreaver Dragonhawk and Silver Covenant Hippogryph are 150 seals each
Argent Charger is 100 seals
Argent Pony Bridle (the item that upgrades your squire) is 150 seals
Crusader's Tabard is 50 seals

I'm on track for the last two right now.

A blue post said that you should be able to get 15 Seals a day if you do all of the dailies, not counting extra Seals in the Champion's Purse.
