Sure, it's a bubble, and it gives you back some mana, but...
If you're a healer, you can't just bubble up and stare at the screen, or your tank is gonna die. This talent needs to award its mana instantly, or award it until a spell is cast, and spellcasting on friendly targets needs to be allowed while bubbled. As is, it just delays your death during the wipe by a few seconds.
Yeah, I know it's a Shadow talent, but a lot of us heal out of shadow, too. And that said...
...If you're a shadow priest, yup...it's a bubble, so you're nice and safe in there for a few seconds, getting back mana. But the mobs ain't leaving, and all you're really doing is delaying the result whose approach forced you to bubble in the first place. There ain't no bubble hearth happening here, folks.
Dispersion is a waste...far better to cut shadow talents back to 49 and take the Discipline talent Reflective Shield.
