As for the whole Algalon thing. Let's assume for a moment that Eregos beats Loken or that the matchup is a draw--either way, Loken dies somehow... Loken's death heralds the end of this world--by warning Algalon that something has gone horribly wrong. Algalon blows up the planet (unless ofc you get together a raid and pew pew your way through some hardmodes). Eregos is dead--UNLESS Malygos shows up. If Malygos comes out to see what's going on as well, he might just take Eregos and the rest of the flight into EoE (IE an alternate dimension) and they'll survive.
