If you like Wow, and you don't have an Alienware setup, you're gonna play it anyway. The idea of someone telling you "you shouldn't play Wow, because you have inferior equipment" is wrong on so many levels that I couldn't even begin to count them.
Worse, you're saying that my telling people a way to slightly improve system performance, and I'll note Blizzard also suggests this method (holding down addon memory usage to imnprove frame rate) supposedly means nothing, and having an expensive computer is the only answer.
This post was all about addons, and the use of them. The poster didn't address memory usage and frame rate, and it's a valid point. I wish you well with your super system, and your gig of addons, but as far as your advice and judgement, I certainly hope your investments with Bernie Madoff paid off early.
