Their arms are funny-looking.
The males' arms are so out of proportion compared to their bodies that it is simply unbearable to look at. It looks like something from Robot Chicken, like someone broke the arms of an original GI Joe doll and then glued the arms of the Hulk on to it.

I'm speaking of course of Night Elves and Humans (and maybe Draenai), because... well... gnomes... uh... yeah... right... sure...

I've tried and tried to play my Night Elf rogue i rolled, but ... his arms... are so distracting...

(oh, yeah, and they often wear very goofy looking short pants -- at least, in the lower levels they do)
