I would actually probably benefit from having Inner focus over that garbage spell.

The problem with Dispersion (at least in PVP) is that people are using it wrong, and the silence duration is uncontrolled. The second problem can be fixed using the following macro

#showtooltip Dispersion
/cancelaura Dispersion
/cast Dispersion

First button push casts, second removes.

The first problem is harder, probably because the automatic assumption is that its our "oh shit" button, when its really not. The best uses I've found for it are as counters to things we can't do anything about. IE: Kidney Shot, AntiMagic Shield, BladeStorm, Deep Freeze. Use it as a counter to a cooldown, and you will be in much better shape than if you wait till you are nearly dead, because every Shadow Priest knows by now that it isn't going to save you.

Yes basically GC has looked at the stats of how many SP have actually picked up the talent and seen that most do. IF HE BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO US he would have seen that we pick it because THERE IS NOTHING BETTER AT THAT POINT the other 2 trees are healing and we go into them for the mana regen and maybe a slightly stronger PW:S.

All the Q&A shows is that he comes and spews out rubbish like "we will change this or we will look into that" but they never do, all they will do is sit there and after years of complaining they MIGHT just get the idea that what they did was REALLY stupid and change it, but this is blizzard we are talking about dont hold your breath on a vital change for a class because history shows it takes them MONTHS before they finally get it through their thick skulls.
