I've used it a fair bit. The smaller the group, the stronger it is.

It heals for a TON. I mean it. I've seen it completely negate all incoming damage while its up. It costs very little mana. The HPS is completely crazy.

The biggest problem is getting people to use it, as GC mentioned. Where I don't agree with him is that even if you have people who *do* want to use it, as groups get bigger it just becomes too hard to find and click it amid all the people and 50 different spell effects on the ground.

Think on Firefighter. all that healing would be nice, except how are you ever going to find the thing when the entire room is covered in fire, mines, robots, and missile targetting circles?
