Dispersion made more sense to use when it had a healing mechanic. PvP it gives me 6 secs of life and then it is back to dieing, pve it is walking water/damage prevention(when it is not nerfed)/I acidently hit it and am silenced for 6 secs. Once you get your mana issues under control it really looses it's functionality in raids. I keep it because one more "ohsh!t" button on the board is hard to pass up. It is worth 1 point, but not the 51st point.Long MF WITH the snare still there would be sweet.Might actually cast death when I am not moving if they made it more attractive, even if it is just when in execute.I will not improve VE because of the threat issues, I know it lowers my raid wide utility, but I cannot afford to pull hate every time aoe damage goes out and I start doing any real healing, I keep it up since it keeps me healthy still, but it is not worth the risk of making it better for the whole raid.And a suggestion I keep thinking of that I would love to see: Fade+Dispersion=Vanish! It would cost us 2 CDs(including a 3min CD), and take at least 1 GCD before it would be complete, but would give us a real escape, not just momentary delays to our death.
