There are no patch notes available yet; however, they will no doubt be made available within the next few hours. But really, the patch notes are not going to deviate a terrible amount from the PTR patch notes, so this evening is a good time to familiarize yourself with everything.
The patch will also bring with it some rather significant extended maintenance as well.
WoW.com has compiled everything we've written into a very large and complete patch guide, WoW.com's Guide To Patch 3.2.

The amount of hype and speculation in this industry never ceases to amaze me.
That being said; my independent sources have revealed that patch 3.2 will, in fact, be going live tomorrow. ;)

To be fair guys, we found out about 3.1 going live at around midnight PST the night before too soooo...

I would expect you not to name sources! Thats called Journalistic Integrity. Yeah people who wanted him to name sources, I know its a couple of big words but go look it up :P If a journalist starts naming sources the future would-be sources won't talk and then he would be writing about stuff we all knew about already.
As for the patch I guess if its not tonight then they are getting too close to Blizzcon and Im sure they want the bugs worked out before that event. Does anyone foresee the same amount of issues as the mid expansion patch of BC? I didn't get on the PTR this time (mostly because I didn't have time to be useful on there) so I can't speak to the readiness of the patch.
It would be nice but I am a little skeptical

Journalistic integrity would also say to reveal the sources.
The people (in this case, the gamers) have a right to know said what, when and how as well as where from if necessary.
Even saying "a blizzard insider" for me, at least, is good enough.

We have no such rights, journalists don't have to tell us anything. You're welcome to doubt what they say, and indeed not knowing their sources would give you plenty of reason to do so. Personally I don't think they'd be making this claim if their sources weren't pretty good, but that's just me.

How old are you? Seriously. Journalists have gone to jail instead of revealing sources. "Sources" are the way major corporate and political news stories get broken and the consequences for the sources are pretty serious. Journalist-source confidentiality is up there with doctor-patient confidentiality (most governments don't see it that way because they don't like their dirty laundry getting aired).

The login screen says regular maintenance (8 hours) for most realms and extended (12 hours) for 38 realms due to hardware reconfigurations.

The way it's translated makes it sound the 11th, when in actuality, they mean this Wednesday. (EU gets the patch 1 day after the US.)
