There are no patch notes available yet; however, they will no doubt be made available within the next few hours. But really, the patch notes are not going to deviate a terrible amount from the PTR patch notes, so this evening is a good time to familiarize yourself with everything.
The patch will also bring with it some rather significant extended maintenance as well.
WoW.com has compiled everything we've written into a very large and complete patch guide, WoW.com's Guide To Patch 3.2.

Are people skeptics just for the sake of being skeptics? "Cite your sources"...what a joke! I'm sure every entry-level Blizzard employee knows a patch is coming out a little before the general public, so there's plenty of places to get this information. And this is WoWInsider...you don't think they have sources?
Honestly people, what's the problem with accepting the patch is coming today? Given how long it's been on the PTR, the extensive maintenance (who would be dumb enough to believe Blizzard would do such comprehensive maintenance one week prior to when they'll have to do even more extensive maintenance on patch day?)..we knew it was coming out soon, and the maintenance was pretty much verification. That sites like WowInsider are verifying it only makes it more inevitable.
The only evidence I've seen to say it won't come out today is questionable at best. So once again..what's so damn difficult to believe here?

You might want to do a little bit of research.
2 reasons.
1. The season isn't ending with the new patch.
2. No where in that post does it say no patch.

it's been stated many tiems by blues and such taht the reason 3.2 isn't at teh same time as the realse of season 7 is because since collieseum gear is staggered for 5 weeks, they don't want high rated arena groups to have 25m hard mode items before 25 man hardmode (heroic) is even avalible

Seriously, there are too many coincidences that say that 3.2 is tomorrow. For me, there are not enough reasons to suggest that it is indeed next week.
Sure, continue to suggest otherwise, but at least be smart about it. Posting a post about Arena S6 is not a smart addition to the debate.

How many times does it have to be spelled out for you Utakata? Season 6 will not be ending with 3.2. It's never...ANYWHERE, been stated that it will. And only several times have the ending or beginning of seasons corresponded to major content patches. So where is this ridiculous reasoning coming from?
BTW, you know nothing about Blues. It is the job of Blues to screw with people like you so you make logical leaps such as "Season 6 not ending tomorrow means no 3.2!" What's sad is that they've been doing stuff like this for so long and still so many people fall for it. What's the old adage? "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." In this case, it would be..the 100th time? And you still think blues speak the gospel truth?
I'll bet you'll believe them later today when they tell you the servers will be back up on time too.

wow.com isnt the only one saying that 3.2 comes out today, mmo champion is reporting it as well. insider has been pretty reliable about their info in the past but apparently there are others out there who have info leading them to believing that it is dropping. the questions i have is this: we have downloaded 300 some odd megs so far, i suspect there will be more to download, when do yall thing the downloader will kick on?

I am merely pointing out what a Blue has said. And that is the standard inwhich every confirmation comes from Blizz. So the owness is on Blues, not me to make something as when the patch comes, clear. If they are sending out mixed and confusing messages on when the patch is being released, then they are the ones looking stupid...not me. Capish?

Again though, Blues have been and always will be confusing and/or not straightforward. They are encouraged to be that way. They are spokespeople for Blizzard, and Blizzard loves screwing with people.
And perhaps that's why I shouldn't be surprised people are skeptical. Blizzard has bred fans that are paranoid. Again though, when the evidence is written all over the walls, there's simply no need to grasp at straws justifying why it ISN'T coming out. It's okay to believe.
