I'm wondering about the BoA heirloom (chest) items. On the PTR they were purchased with emblems OR seals (at least from what I've read). Was that just to get people to test them on the PTR? Do I really need to do Argent Tournament dailies to get BoA chest items for my alts, or can I go to a badge vendor?
