It will make master looting less stressful. But the time between fights will probably increase. Scenario:
DK wins a roll on a dps plate chestpiece on boss 1. Warrior wins a dps plate leg piece on boss two. they both don't equip. Now the trading begins...

This is probably for the best though, as people can trade minor upgrades for better ones and help guild gearing progress. Although, there will also be people rolling on every drop that is a lateral move and trying to sell it to the other rollers after the win.
