While they're busy delaying it, why don't they delay it a little more so I can have my complete experience in a single game instead of being split into 1 game + 2 expansions?

Cause RogueJedi, Activision waggled their $peen at Blizzard, and had them separate it into three games, knowing full well that most, if not all, will bite still.Me? I'm saying f*** them. Believe the fluff they are saying about the expansions, go ahead, down-vote me cause of that. They'll only only get my money when they release the $40-50 Battle Chest edition (As everyone seems to forget they will). That's the only time it will be worth the money.(now, just to clarify, I'm not saying SC2 will suck, far from that. But I refuse to be nickel and dimed and pay $100 or more for a "full" game.)

Oh, forgot about the No-LAN thing... that is just uncalled for...

they release expansions to EVERY game they make. I dont understand why people are so up in arms that this time the expansions are each about one race...you are getting the same amount of game that you always get, except this time, you already have 2 guaranteed expansions

"they release expansions to EVERY game they make. I dont understand why people are so up in arms that this time the expansions are each about one race...you are getting the same amount of game that you always get, except this time, you already have 2 guaranteed expansions"StarCraft 1 came with 3 campaigns, one for each race. So did the Brood Wars expansion. So judging by the the game that SC2 is a sequel to, this is less amount of game than usual. They claimed they split the single player into one campaign per game/expansion to get the game out quicker. But if there is no solid release date(only a release year now), why not delay it so that we get one large complete product? Blizzard's renown for taking their time on games, no one would fault them for doing it.

one campaign that is larger than any of the previous games/ex packs. everyone gets caught up in "oh my gosh its only one campaign!" that they fail to realize that its the SAME AMOUNT OF GAME (if not more), just split up differently.30+ missions is 30+ missions, whoever you are playing as
