ruby drape of the mysticant from malchezar in kara. farmed kara for as long as i could until wrath came out and nobody wanted to run it anymore.
if i did not go to kara that week it would always drop for someone else.

Oh my god, yes!!!!
I grinded for this cape FOREVER, and never got it, and on the one time it did drop, that one warlock who turns up to a raid once a fortnight got it.
