It seems they also "fixed" some things on Gothik the Harvester in Naxxramas.

We went to our Emblem 25man farm run, and many adds kept getting healing aggro from healers staying at the living side, causing them to rush THROUGH the closed door and then causing a wipe by overrunning the living side.

Also, we was able to cast and heal through that door, so at the last and working try we combined both groups in front of each side of the door, so that no add accidentaly rushed to the other side :x
