Breakfast Topic: How would you be honored ingame?

It's fun to wonder, though, and I've settled on two wishes. The first would be making my beloved main into a Thunder Bluff NPC among the Druid trainers, kitted in full Tier 6 with an Origin of Nightmares. She would be friend and counselor to all young Druids and full of unsolicited advice for them, most of it incorrect. The second, less dignified, and perhaps more realistic legacy I would leave to the game is a series of cow-shaped impact craters at the bottom of various Northrend cliffs and in Crystalsong under the Dalaran sewers' exit pipe, in tribute to the several falling deaths incurred while mindlessly jumping from heights without the benefit of Cold Weather Flying. Little signs could be posted below informing players of the sites' historical significance, although I'm not sure how Blizzard could squeeze the phrase "Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.........." onto the flavor text.
On the chance that Blizzard ever decides to honor your august self ingame, what would you want honored and how?

I think having an NPC somewhere, either named after myself or one of my characters, would be the way to go. I would be just fine with them not actually doing anything. NPCs are far cooler than weapons or armor, because everyone is going to see your NPC. Not everybody is going to get that drop.
If they implemented my Paladin, I'd want her somewhere with the 7th Legion. My Priest? The Cathedral of Light, probably.
Me? ...I'll leave that for the other people who comment here to decide. ;)

You would definitely be a DAILY quest giver. :D

Jousting master?

I suppose I could run an alt into Stormwind to see your priest. I think I stand a better chance of seeing you now while you're running around the world.

I want to have a Gnome NPC in Ironforge who sells Fish and Moonberry Juice. Thats all. He would patrol betweeen the bank mailbox and the AH and occasionally say "Dang people undercutting me by 15 Silver.."
Mailia Aug 8th 2009 8:11AM
A night elf wearing rogue armor torturing her prisoners in Stormwind crypts!
I mean.. I don't do that..
RetadinMan Aug 8th 2009 8:15AM
A Draenei Paladin who wanders Stormwind with a few Humans being overwhelmed by the various buildings, especially the Cathedral and the Keep. He also addresses everyone as "Comrade". Every once in a while, he sells a green mace that has Shockadin stats on it.

I'd want an item, preferably a shield with Holy stats on it considering the amount of time I run around on my Holy Paladin.

I'd want my Blood Elf Rogue to be chilling in Dalaran, in the Underbelly with the other rogues.
Full Bloodfang, too.

I'd want to be one of the many night elf priest NPCs who stand around, doing nothing in Temple of the Moon in Darnassus. I don't think I'd want much more. I'd flip out enough just seeing "Priestess Unami" as an NPC there, whether she said or did anything or not.
Though, having her vend just devout candles would be damn nice. I somehow always find myself in Darnassus without them, right before being summoned to a raid and the reagent vendor there doesn't sell them. Unami would, though. O:

Well, Wykea, my Tauren hunter/gnomish-engineer would probably be a faction-neutral questgiver, and after a semi-long chain of events, would reward the player with a special eningeering-themed item - and if they're an engineer, the schematic to make it themselves, kinda like that one goblin in Winterspring that gives you the yeti pet blueprints. Or maybe his quest would involve spying on female dwarfs - he's gotten a rep for that too.
Jindar, my troll mage/alchemist/cook would probably be similar, sending players to fetch rare herbs and meats and such in order to create a truly epic feast (kinda like the Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops thing) that, with the right cooking AND alchemy skill (yes, both would be needed to obtain some ingredients), he could teach the player himself.
Nagi Aug 8th 2009 8:23AM
An NPC that offers a strange, offbeat, fun little quest chain that combines elements of my character's class (warlock), profession (alchemy), and personality (nearsighted lesbian absent-minded professor).
The reward for completing the quest would be a fun, valuable vanity item, like a unique piece of vanity clothing or a critter or a Noggenfogger-style gag elixir.
Jehanne Aug 8th 2009 8:31AM
That would be fun! Yay Warlocks! I would love for my Jehanne to be an NPC too, perhaps in the Slaughtered Lamb. She would sell scrolls and inscription paraphalia. Her imp would occasionally mutter about "smelly mortals" and then chew on a skull.
Zuma Aug 8th 2009 8:25AM
For a warlock I'd love to be a slightly-evil NPC, maybe a city guard that gives out wrong directions, and who automatically attacks anyone with 'Arthas', 'Legolas', or 'lol' in their name :)
Beth Aug 8th 2009 10:37AM
this would be my favorite NPC by far. Where can I sign the petition to make blizz put this in game?!
MrNobody Aug 9th 2009 4:23AM
Best. NPC. Ever.
McRaider Aug 11th 2009 8:36AM
Would like to add pwn, omg, bank, kill, darth and death to the list, thanks.
Phiegethon Aug 8th 2009 8:28AM
A paladin walking the streets of Stormwind, holding a broken keyboard with a bloodied face.
