Breakfast Topic: How would you be honored ingame?

It's fun to wonder, though, and I've settled on two wishes. The first would be making my beloved main into a Thunder Bluff NPC among the Druid trainers, kitted in full Tier 6 with an Origin of Nightmares. She would be friend and counselor to all young Druids and full of unsolicited advice for them, most of it incorrect. The second, less dignified, and perhaps more realistic legacy I would leave to the game is a series of cow-shaped impact craters at the bottom of various Northrend cliffs and in Crystalsong under the Dalaran sewers' exit pipe, in tribute to the several falling deaths incurred while mindlessly jumping from heights without the benefit of Cold Weather Flying. Little signs could be posted below informing players of the sites' historical significance, although I'm not sure how Blizzard could squeeze the phrase "Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.........." onto the flavor text.
On the chance that Blizzard ever decides to honor your august self ingame, what would you want honored and how?

your comment about cold weather flying reminded me of something,
being a mage i love dismouthing and slow falling to a location, however i was on my was to make ebonweave at the maw of neferion and tryed this,
i got the serenity buff from alexsandria ....... well seeing as i couldn't cast anything i think we all know how that ended,
the most embarrassing thing is this has happened more than once

I had the same problem with my priest.
Knocked off my mount for flying over wintergrasp, fell into a Serenity area. Tried to slow fall and faile. And managed to die atop a pillar so I couldn't get back to rez. That was humiliating.

I want to be a paladin who wanders around Stormwind or Dalaran (or even the Argent Tournament area) in T6, just a 'flavor' character with responses to emotes (like the Archmage Vargoth staff)-- if someone /kisses or /flirts, responding with /kiss or /wink. If someone /dances, responding with /applaud.

I asked this question to me girlfriend who is a Draenei Protection Warrior and she would like to be remembered as an NPC, a male draenei who is a barber what only removes the mustaches from male Draenei with possibly some comment of being Burt Reynolds.
As for myself I would probably be a Draenei Priest found in Ironforge, specificly the tailor shop having a heated talk with one of the vendors asking why I cannot get a free guarantee that my robes wont fall to pieces the next time I'm out doing my shopping.

I'd be one of Razak's Roughnecks at Toshley's Station in Blade's Edge Mountians- the Starship Troopers reference.

Hogger's sidekick.

I want my blood elf paladin to be sitting on a bench between the Farstriders' training grounds and Blood Knight training building, wearing her purple armor (it's purple, not epic). She responds to emotes and sells pre-packaged mana crystal and blood thistle items (because she does sell it).

I'd have an NPC that wanders around Northrend, and when you interact with him, he says, and I quote:
YOU LOST THE GAME

brilliant

I think anything that featured me or my characters in-game would have most players saying "...who?"
But seriously, I think it'd have to be as a statue, somewhere in one of the major cities. At a random point every hour, the statue would dance, and anyone who danced with the statue would get some sort of buff.
There's no reason behind any of this, I just think it'd be funny.

Since I (and, thus, my in-game representation) completely lack a working sense of direction, I think that should I ever be captured in-game, it would be as a befuddled gnome wandering aimlessly about. The location wouldn't matter; the world is my proverbial paper bag that I cannot find my way out of. She would occasionally say such profound things as, 'Erm...that looks familiar, right? Wait...uh...'

NPC that stands at the highest point you can get to. Periodically mounts up onto a zhevra, then runs to the edge and jumps, landing in some place three zones away.
Perhaps this NPC can jump from the top of the Temple of Storms and land outside of DTK?

Me and my friend actually tried this with thunderstorm and slowfall. I'd thunderstorm him off of temple of storms and he'd keep casting slowfall on himself.
For some reason he kept dying of fatigue. xD

Oh, the wonderful dreams, the supreme honor for my main would be to end up as an npc in some major questline, like battle for the undercity. To then appear as the valiant defender of Sylvanas, reunited with her after a long time. Mostly cause i've written the background story of my main to include a history with her, it would be utterly awesome to see 'my story' actually in the game...
but dreams it will be ..or maybe i should apply for a job at blizzard...

I would like my Nelf druid to be kited out in Tier .5 sans the helm, replaced with a fishing hat. That set of armor holds a special place in my heart. Now all she needs to be is in some corner of the lake in moonglade quietly fishing by herself, with little npc text than "Shhhh... you'll scare the fish"
Vultrock Aug 8th 2009 8:55AM
I definitely don't want much.... I believe that a statue in the centre of Oggrimar is enough for me! With a plate that says: " Here stands Vultrock, the fearless Warlord of Durotar, 2nd cousin of Saurfang".
Seriously now! I believe that an item such us the U.L.O.S.E trash could be enough for me. An "item" of me with the yellow detailed information on the bottom referring to my Character would be enough!
(sorry for my really bad English)
Aedilhild Aug 8th 2009 9:26AM
Don't be so hard on yourself! That's excellent English for a non-native speaker.
iceblocker Aug 8th 2009 8:56AM
my undead mage (named iceblocker) standing iceblocked in the dalaran horde inn, and selling mage food. that would be cool.
Candina@WH Aug 8th 2009 7:29PM
Nah, needs to sell Snow cones....

In game I'm know by those that know me as somebody that loves to quest and does it a lot. Probably a daily quest giver out in the middle of nowhere would be most appropriate. If it was really an homage to me though it would take into account my alt-itis. One daily quest given everyday, but the character that gives it out would change everyday.
