Well, Wykea, my Tauren hunter/gnomish-engineer would probably be a faction-neutral questgiver, and after a semi-long chain of events, would reward the player with a special eningeering-themed item - and if they're an engineer, the schematic to make it themselves, kinda like that one goblin in Winterspring that gives you the yeti pet blueprints. Or maybe his quest would involve spying on female dwarfs - he's gotten a rep for that too.
Jindar, my troll mage/alchemist/cook would probably be similar, sending players to fetch rare herbs and meats and such in order to create a truly epic feast (kinda like the Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops thing) that, with the right cooking AND alchemy skill (yes, both would be needed to obtain some ingredients), he could teach the player himself.
