The PTR is officially a joke. They don't listen to us and don't give us a chance to really feel things out. They just do what they want, angry mobs be damned.I'm an Arcane mage nonpareil and pretty much will be one until I can't raid as such anymore. And I feel for my pyromaniac brothers and sisters; there needs to be further explanation on why this was ninja-nerfed. TTW fire is still one of the more popular mage specs though, and I don't see this changing. The tier set bonuses favor it, the itemization we have seen thus far screams for it, and it may be pushing Arcane into a pve corner. Frost was already sitting there for pve, and he's like the wallflower no one wants to talk to. I do not want to go sit with Mr. Frosty.Clever mages will find a way to avoid the Fire pigeonhole, I'm sure. But I would be half tempted to go Fire if they hadn't done this. LB is still absolutely sick though, especially when glyphed.Would you be able to write or comment on the future of Arcane pve in an upcoming column? Narai of Elune-H, .
