@KnobCompletely agree - raid leader isn't for everyone. you have to have both desire and ability to lead a raid, and you shouldn't let anyone force you into it. For someone like Anonymous, however, it's wise to consider all the alternatives before giving up the position - the last thing you want is to give it up and then regret that decision later. If you're able to make it easier on yourself by delegating some of the responsibilities, and thus get back to a point where you enjoy doing it, awesome. If not, at least you've found the people who have the leadership capabilities and desire, and can transition the position to them easier.
